Official Jewelry Contest Drawing Rules

Hi there! Thanks for your interest in our contest. Below are our contest rules.

Prize: The prize will be either a jewelry holder or a piece of jewelry. The prize will be listed on the entry form at the beginning of each contest.
Participation: You must be 18 or older and a legal resident of the United States at the time of entry. Only one registration per person, duplicate entries will be eliminated. Your entry in the contest constitutes your acceptance of these rules.
How to Enter: No purchase is necessary. To participate in our contest complete the entry form. Void where prohibited by local, state or federal laws.
Incomplete entries: Incomplete entries will be void. So please completely fill out the form.
Must re-enter each contest period: Entries are not carried over from one contest to the next one. You must re-enter for each successive contest.
Contest Start & Drawing: The contest is bimonthly and the first one starts on 02/01/08. Every 2 months or 60 days we will draw a winner. The Lang Company Silver Jewelry reserves the right to cancel the contest at any time.
Winner Notification: Winners will be notified by email and will have 2 days to respond with their mailing address for shipment of their prize. If the winner fails to respond in 2 days a new winner will be selected from the remaining entries. The Lang Company Silver Jewelry decisions about winners are final.
Entrants Privacy: On our website we will list the winners first name, last initial and city/state. All other info is protected by our privacy policy . To help protect entrants privacy addresses are only asked for after winning the contest.
Alternative Method of Entry: If you wish you may mail your entry to: TLC Silver Jewelry, 26975 Riley Rd, Waller, TX 77484. You need to include your name, email address, and the prize for the contest you are entering. Any mailed entries received after the end of that contest will not be accepted.
Changes to Contest Rules: These offical contest rules can be changed at any time so you should read the rules when you enter for each successive contest.
