Your satisfaction guaranteed with every purchase. We’re willing to work with you. Please contact The Lang Company Silver Jewelry within 14 days of receipt of item thru email or phone with questions or concerns.

Return Policy
If you decide to return any items in your retail/wholesale order for a refund you will be responsible for return shipping fees. If we misrepresented the item or the piece arrived to you damaged we will refund you for return shipping and item price if you don't desire an exchange. The original shipping cost is only refundable if we misrepresented the item. The item will need to be returned to us in the condition in which it was received. If you purchased insurance the insurance claim will have to be processed before we issue any refund if necessary.

Only items that are in their original condition may be returned. Any product that has been damaged (other than shipping), engraved, or altered in any way may not be returned. Please return your item well packed to help insure its safe return.

Exchange Policy
If you decide to exchange any items you are responsible for return shipping and shipping cost of the new item. You will be sent an invoice for the new item shipping cost.

Special Orders
Any special order is not refundable. Examples of special orders would be earrings with a different gemstone than listed on our site or any other special request for a jewelry item that is not listed on our site.
